• From the maintenance and development of existing professional traditions INFISCO has owned scientific and technical experts in various fields. They are personnel with good virtue, dynamic, flexible qualities, capable of meeting market requirements. 
• Total employed staff, on the average, is 140 persons/year. They are mainly doctors, engineers, bachelors of construction, transport, water resource, architecture, engineering, technology, thermology, electricity, air conditioning, water supply and discharge, site geology, automation, foreign language, law, finance, etc.
• Of the above staff, 1/3 INFISCO consultants are high level engineers, main engineers graduated from national and international universities. They play a key role in consulting,

designing and other business activities, capable of meeting requirements from investors. For the last years, by providing projects with consulting services INFISCO have gained well-qualified experts to implement group A investment projects, civil works, industrial projects, water resource projects at level I. Based on recent evaluation, capability of INFISCO in projects consulting, projects management, survey consulting, designing, supervising activities rank at level I.

• INFISCO consultants obtain capability of project manager, project management consulting director, survey manager, design manager, design monitor, site manager at level I.
• Regarding execution of construction activities, INFISCO as contractor is permitted to implement projects at level III.
