               + Scope of insurance: Consulting, designing, supervising. 

              + Idemnified limit/claim: 05 billion VND. 

              + Idemnified limit/year: 10 billion VND. 

              + Insurance for losing documents: 02 billion VND. 

              + Insurance for re-hiring experts, : 02 billion VND /case 

              + Insurance for 3rd party: 02 billion VND /case 

              + Number of experts is entitled to be decreased or increased at the contractor’s own discretion.

• All economic contracts regarding consultancy, design, supervision of partners, clients of INFISCO are written based on fundamental principles specified by FIDIC and guaranteed by the insurance policy, compliance with requirements for the State investment and construction management currently in force.
